1. Return Eligibility (Unopened Items Only)

We offer a **30-day money-back guarantee** for items that are completely unused and in their original condition.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product’s outer hygienic seals, security stickers, or shrink-wrap **must be completely intact and unopened**.
  • Items showing any signs of physical handling, opening of the lash tray, or dynamic use of adhesives cannot be returned or refunded due to international health regulations.
  • The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs to our central fulfillment facility.

2. Damaged or Defective Items (100% Covered)

If your order arrives damaged during transit, or if an item is functionally defective (e.g., a dried-out Bond & Seal or a broken lash band):

  • Please contact us at **support@levful.com** within **48 hours** of delivery.
  • Include your Order Number and a clear photo/video of the defect.
  • Once verified, we will immediately ship a brand-new replacement completely free of charge or issue a 100% refund. **You do not need to ship the defective item back.**

3. Allergic Reactions Policy

We use ultra-premium, hypoallergenic formulas for our Bond & Seal adhesives. However, because body chemistries vary, Levful is not responsible for individual skin or eye sensitivities. We highly recommend performing a 24-hour patch test on your skin before full application. Refunds will not be issued based on individual physical allergic reactions.

4. How to Start a Return

Do not send your parcel back to the sender address listed on your shipping box. Our automatic fulfillment centers cannot process unauthorized arrivals.
